Hole #1

Gregg’s Tips: An accurate tee shot favoring the right side of the fairway is required on this challenging opening hole. With water guarding the left side and backside of the green, approach shots from any distance tend to be difficult.

Hole #2

Gregg’s Tips: Once again, an accurate tee shot is required on this straight away, tight hole. Approach shots that go over the green could find a large bunker or even go out of bounds.

Hole #3

Gregg’s Tips: This 575 yard par 5 is where we hold the National Long Drivers Association Long Drive Contest each year. Many times, the long drive professionals hit their tee shots past the 150 yard marker on this hole. Unbelievable – 425+ yard drives!

Hole #4

Gregg’s Tips: This short par 3 demands an accurate tee shot to a narrow green with pine trees and bunkers that are located in strategic places. Down hill putts on this green can be treacherous!

Hole #5

Gregg’s Tips: This short drivable par 4 is a classic risk-reward type of hole. Long hitters can reach this green easily. However, errant tee shots can find water just to the right of the fairway, a bunker in the middle of the fairway, a bunker short and to the left of the green, or mounds left of the fairway. Good luck!

Hole #6

Gregg’s Tips: An accurate tee shot is essential on this straight away, tree line fairway. Approach shots need to avoid the bunker short of the green. Balls coming to rest over the green make up and downs very hard to come by!

Hole #7

Gregg’s Tips: This downhill par 3 has dictated the outcome of many of our major championships. Tee shots coming to rest left of the green or over the green lead to difficult pitch and chip shots.

Hole #8

Gregg’s Tips: Once again, an accurate tee shot sets up this hole. Approach shots from the right side of the fairway opens up this narrow green. When the pin is on the back of the green, don’t be long!

Hole #9

Gregg’s Tips: This short, dogleg to the right par 5 is reachable in two shots. However, approach shots coming to rest right of the green or over the green make pitch shots and chip shots very difficult!

Hole #10

Gregg’s Tips: With the left side of the green sloping toward the water, tee shots on this hole should favor the center to right side of the green. Par on this hole is a good score.

Hole #11

Gregg’s Tips: This is a beautiful straight away par 5 hole. Long hitters can reach this green in two shots. Beware of the OB on the right side of this hole!

Hole #12

Gregg’s Tips: The left side of the fairway bunker is the line you want to take from the tee on this hole. Players trying to cut the corner can find the hazard if their ball curves to far left. A ridge running from front to back on this green can make putting very difficult!

Hole #13

Gregg’s Tips: Tee shots should favor the left side of the fairway on this hole. Downhill approach shots over a small pond will challenge even the best golfers.

Hole #14

Gregg’s Tips: Many players tee with an iron or fairway wood on this hole. The longer a player hits his tee shot, the more he puts the water on the left and OB on the right in play. Be careful no to overclub on approach shots as the water is just over the green.

Hole #15

Gregg’s Tips: This extremely undulating green is what makes this par 3 hole very difficult. Take your two putts and go on to the next hole!

Hole #16

Gregg’s Tips: This is one of the best par 5 holes that you can play. With a good tee shot most players can go for this green on their second shot. However, with water to the right and sand to the left, bogies and double bogies seem to win over pars and birdies!

Hole #17

Gregg’s Tips: This slight dogleg to the left par 4 is one of the easiest holes on the course. Beware of the OB on the right side and good luck with your approach shot if the pin is on the front of the green.

Hole #18

Gregg’s Tips: This is one the best and most difficult finishing holes that you can play. With water running down the entire left hand side of the hole, an accurate tee shot is essential. From there, the approach shot will measure anywhere from 155 to 215 yards to the green. This hole plays more like a par 5 than a par 4!
